When purchasing a tour, your Name, Email and Phone are “Required” fields. This enables us to contact you if there are any changes in tour information. Your information is not shared with or sold to anyone else. Bookings are processed by Square Payments and in the process your name, email address and phone are shared with Square Payments for the purpose of processing your booking. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

When submitting a contact form on the website your information is not shared with or sold to anyone else for any purpose. Old Town Tours may occasionally send you information about new tours or changes to current tours. 

Changes, Cancelations & Refunds

Tours go rain or shine.

If you need to change the date of your tour please contact us. The booking purchased will remain valid on the new date. Bookings are fully transferable to others.

All bookings are confirmed at time of purchase and are non-refundable. 

Ticket prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include HST.
